Wassermonitor2 documentation

This is the full documentation for the wassermonitor2 project, which is a reimplementation of wassermonitor.

The current version is v0.1.21.

The project is a full setup for collecting sensor data from distributed measurement points and sensors and save them in central database, monitor the values and make it possible to warn if the values deviate from configurable target values.
